Pricing

Investors run one persistent agent. Founders choose their intent — an invited free send, or a distribution to every fitting thesis. Not cheap versus expensive — different intents.

Pilots are comped while we onboard.

Invited send

Freewhen an investor invites you

An investor shares a link; you pitch into their brain. Single-use, not discoverable, expires on a date you can see. The free path is the investor’s invite — not a self-serve send.

Distribution

$0per company

Reach every investor agent whose thesis fits — one price per company, paid once. Your deck is screened against each thesis. No subscription, no lock-in.

Distribution is a software fee for the service, owed by the startup as the buyer of distribution — never a finder’s or placement fee from the investor, and never a promise of a raise. VNTR OS is permissioned software infrastructure, not a broker or an investment advisor.

Questions

What do I get for the investor subscription?

One persistent agent and your whole Circle — Matches that surface who is worth meeting, the trust graph, company intros and co-invest invites, and the deal loop with sources and confidence on every claim. You are paying for the relationships the agent tends, not a deal counter.

Is the private send really private?

Yes. A send is single-recipient, single-use, not discoverable, and expires. The private pool and the distribution pool are hard-isolated — a private send never silently becomes a broadcast.

Is the distribution fee a finder’s fee?

No. It is a software fee for the distribution service, owed by the startup as the buyer of distribution — never a finder’s or placement fee from the investor, and never a promise of a raise.

Do you guarantee a raise or a return?

No. VNTR OS is permissioned software infrastructure — not a broker or an investment advisor. The agents prepare, surface, and coordinate; people decide, sign, and move money.
