When is Web Summit 2026?
Monday, November 9 to Thursday, November 12, 2026, in Lisbon. Side events start the weekend before, on November 7, and run until November 13.
Where does Web Summit 2026 take place?
At MEO Arena and the FIL exhibition halls in Parque das Nações, in the east of Lisbon.
What are Web Summit side events?
Independent dinners, breakfasts, pitch sessions, meetups and parties hosted around the conference by investors, startups and communities. They are not run by Web Summit, and most do not need a conference ticket.
Are Web Summit side events free?
Many are. Each listing shows whether it is free or paid, and whether you register, apply or need an invitation.

How do I get into a VNTR event?
Open the event and apply. VNTR reviews every application; investors are approved first, and approved guests get the address and a calendar invitation.
How do I add my event to this calendar?
Press "Add your event" and paste the link to your event page. The listing is free; the VNTR team reviews it, usually within a day, and emails you when it is live.
